Process and story
Design is a messy process. In a conversation with Prof. Dhimant Panchal he memtioned how taking a problem from start to finish all by oneself, will teach you a lot about the process. So, to make this journey of self discovery worthwhile, I choose a topic close to my heart : Understanding Food & Why we waste so much of it.

Outcomes and conclusion
This project was an introspective journey and it taught me that tackling large-scale issues is not without its challenges. It also made me realize that meaningful change often happens incrementally, rather than all at once.
When we pick a problem that's larger than ourselves, we often start with the ambition of changing the world. After all, design has the power to make a meaningful impact on people's lives and solve complex problems. The big question is…Did I save the world?
But that's the beauty of design, when there are a billion problems, there are also a billion possibilities. And, Meel was one such possibility.
